  • Dr.s and vet techs are great! Receptionist are horribly rude. Freaked out over us being 8 minutes late, even though two if those minutes were spent I. The parking lot on the phone with the receptionist explaining that if she'd hang up and not have called us we would be inside already and even went as far as to make nasty comments once we were inside about it. The dr. Is always amazing, even applies the soft paws for us and gives great advice.
