  • I hate to give such a low review because the girl who did my nails was so sweet, but I believe she was new. The owner, lee had to ask her if she remembered how to do a gel polish manicure before she walked out the door (Red flag). The man there was very rude, he was reclined in a pedi chair and shouted "what do you want?" To me when I walked in.. Anyways, this poor girl looked exhausted and fed up, but was very nice to me. Sadly it was not a good experience. I'm used to them using acetone and tinfoil to remove the previous gel coat but instead she had my soak my nails in acetone for 5 min and then she filed the polish off, but with a coarse file and she really screwed up the edges of my nails. I had to file my own nails at one point because they were so jagged and rough after she used a very coarse file on them and then told me to go wash my hands. I asked her to fix a few but it wasn't getting any better so I said "I'm sorry, can I see your file please, I just need to fix them myself." The polish looks very rough as well, some nails are not fully covered and the French tips are uneven.. I expected this hole in the wall place to live above its previous reviews.. But I should've listened.. Sorry!
