My roommate and I started bell internet service since April 2015, got over $100+ charge every month every time even we are on the unlimited data plan. We both have travel plan in August so my roommate (bell account was under her name) called in and stopped the service. Then we switch to another company in September and happy with their services. However, we still receive bills from Bell for August and September! It turn out they didn't cancel our service but SUSPEND our service in August (and charged us $24, which is fine) and continue our service in September so charge us full monthly fee of $90+. We were shocked to see the $130+ bill when we stopped using Bell Internet for 2 month. But most surprisingly is their customer service.
My roommate and I will never ever use Bell services in any kind. And I do not recommend Bell to anyone who wants a reasonable service charge.
