  • I have never used a moving company before. I've always heard horror stories about the hidden costs, damaged property and poor storage so we always decided to do it ourselves. We had to move from Charlotte, NC to Fort Lauderdale, FL with very little time to spare and not wanting to drive a 27 ft truck for 12 hours, we decided to go with a moving and storage place using containers with locks. I called a few and started to change my mind when I decided to give these people a call. Boy am I glad I did. We had one or two hicups but nothing customer service was willing to do whatever it took to keep us happy. Their customer service was amazing, the containers were clean and spacious, the delivery guys were friendly (most of them at least) and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
