  • I have been a regular Danny's Car Wash customer for 20 years. Such a disappointing experience today ! I waited in line for the Service Writer for probably 6-7 minutes. Then waited another 8-9 minutes while the car in front of me was being vacuumed. In the lane to my right, 4 cars pulled up, the driver go this ticket & the car went into the wash ...and here I was still sitting in line with my car! So I spoke to the vacuuming attendant who said the car in front of mine was very messy inside. So why not let me move my car to the lane next to that one? I left my car with speak to the Manager inside...he was apologetic but no resolution. I explained nicely I was simply offering customer feedback on how they could better watch for cars that were slow in line, especially if they knew a car at the front of the line would take extra time to vacuum. From the time I paid at the register ( I had now been there 24 minutes; I waited another 6 minutes while my car sat ( now first in line) at the vacuums. It hadn't even been put in line for the wash yet ! So I spoke to the young lady at the register & she apologized, but again...nothing happened. Finally they put it through the wash. So, I went outside where my car was eventually brought for wiping & drying. The manager from inside whom I had spoken to was drying it. Finally ! As I stood there watching, I realized they had lost / removed my 2 vinyl stickers that were on the back window depicting the 2 out of state colleges my daughters attend! Not easily replaced ! ...bad... to worse ...to the worst experience ! When my car was ready the manager was really proud of himself for having personally dried it. I told him about the 2 stickers that had never before fallen off in the wash. He attempted to find them but to no avail. I paid for a SLOW wash that took 45 minutes, and they lost 2 stickers that with shipping will cost me $ 30 to replace ! Not happy.
