  • Okay, I have made my orders several times from their website even though I have seen a lot of bad reviews. A couple of time it went very fine. I liked the shoes. But in the last order they sent me a wrong size of shoes. They scratched out the size which was ink-printed inside the shoes and instead put a sticker on the sole that shows the fake size. After I found that they sent me a wrong size (they were away too big and cannot be my size) I got really puzzled why they did that. I talked to David on the phone twice, he was nice and kept saying that I will get the shipping refunded in 3~4 days. And he said the shoes will be back to the factory(?) and will get the right size of shoes. So I presumed that a new pair of shoes are coming but now it has been about three weeks after I sent them back and nothing happened. I called him again today, he was bitching me and never let me talk. I have liked the product and discounts in the website but their customer service is actually horrible. If you are lucky to get a right pair of shoes that you order then you are good otherwise you are screwed. So I don't think they are doing a good business in general. I don't understand the way they treat their customers. Strange people... Oh well there are strange people everywhere though..
