  • Absolutely horrible property management company. This is the first time I purchased a condo and when I discuss my problems and issues with other condo owners, they are shocked at how poorly my building is run. This condo has been nothing but a nightmare since I moved in - PM people are completely disorganized; their staff make promises to follow up and they NEVER do; 90% of my emails go unanswered; and they LIE. I had problems with absolutely everything - my parking spot, my locker, my mailbox, my monthly management fees. They screw up time and time again and take absolutely no accountability! If you have the choice, stay away from any building these people manage.
