  • Paddock Pools & Spas (Cameo Pools, Camelback Pools) are not the people you want to do a remodel or any major repairs on your pool. They drained our pool in January for a job that was supposed to take only 2 1/2 weeks and over11 weeks later our pool is still empty and the repairs/upgrades are only half done. Communication with them is the worst. Getting Aubrey or anyone else in the construction/sales department to return a call or email is nearly impossible. A couple of weeks ago when I did talk to a Mike R. he told me they lost their tile subcontractor, but was working on other options and would call me. No call, no surprise. They have just abandoned us. My biggest concern is our pool's finish. Pools are not supposed to be drained and exposed to the AZ heat for an extended period of time. Every day drained, the pool's interior and plastic fixtures are degrading.
