  • Man let me say I am Country and Picky! Timm and his crew can throw down some goooood BBQ~ I love his ribs, they fall right off of the bone and are moist~ , his Brisket has a nice ring and great flavor and that chicken, I could eat it all day. My favorite is that darn Southwestern Creamed Corn ... Now that I could eat a bucket of. We had Trailhound Smokers Cater our BBQ for our client which fed about 100 folk. Everyone was happy and lips were smackin! His crew is pleasant and professional. If ever you need a BBQ Catered call Trailhound you will not be sorry, it is like you are eating on Barbecue Masters for goodness sake!
