  • I am so unhappy with Deka Lash's services - both the lashes and the customer service. I have been a customer of Deka Lash since September up until recently. When I first started getting my lashes done, they were OK; I had never gotten my lashes done before so I had nothing to compare them to. After my second or third fill, within a couple of days after leaving the salon almost ALL of my lashes would fall out. It looked ridiculous. Not to mention the customer service was the worst I have ever received in my life - the employees were rude and not understanding that I wasn't happy with my service. I do not recommend Deka Lash to anyone, there are much more quality cheaper options out there.
