  • People are nice but are clueless. My Jetta was supposed to be in for three days. It turned into two weeks. Every time I called they did not know anything about my car. Eventually they gave me a loaner. They lost my keys and could not find my car when I went to pick it up. I had to go to the lot and find it myself. I will never do business with Findlay again.
