  • I wish I were able to give zero stars. This bank is an absolute JOKE! The main teller is SUCH an unpleasant, rude person as well as one of the personal bankers. I will definitely be closing my account with chase due to poor customer service not only at this branch, but at many others. Never have I ever been treated so shitty at a financial institution! I worked at a credit union for 4 years and now know why I should have an account with a credit union and not a bank. You should be ashamed of your staff at this location! (Hayden Rd. Scottsdale)
