| - So I was given a Groupon for Cut and Color. When I arrived for my appointment I was assigned a Level 1 stylist, that's ok but she had NEVER worked on a customer, she had to ask a supervisor where to stand in order to do my hair and that's the chance you take. I have short hair, just hitting the bottom of my ear lobe. Half way through the color process a supervisor approached me and said my hair needed more color and there would be an extra charge of $8.00 and would that be a problem. I said, "yes, that is a problem". The reason being folks, if I had long or extra long hair I might have agreed however, when this salon prices their services they need to make it VERY clear what their actual prices are and short hair, in my opinion, should not need an extra $8.00 worth of color.
So, the color was way too dark, the haircut was so-so and I did not pay the extra $8.00 for extra color. Be careful with this place. I am aware I can ask for someone more experienced but I like to give these hard working students a chance, it's not their fault when a supervisor asks for $8.00 more than the stated price.
