  • Unfortunately, I also must agree with other raters of this particular property. There are just too many things to list that are so bad. I will list a only a couple of things here: 1. The hotel is DEFINITELY understaffed. Only one desk clerk trying to do it all. 2. Witnessed a guest at the front desk having to ask the night clerk for a plunger to plunge her own toilet. Obviously no maintenance staff. 3. For this size hotel, the "breakfast" is very minimal and cheap. 4. The Extended Stay hotel I stayed in previously had a fully equipped kitchen, i.e., pots, pans, etc. THIS HOTEL, and I hope it is the only one, only leaves a card in your room showing what types of kitchenware they have for your use, available at the front desk (so you get to carry any dishes, glasses, cups, etc) back to your room. When I went to the front desk to ask for 2 cups, the clerk said they didn't have any. If you are going to show a kitchenette, you should have it stocked! Not even a coffee pot or hair dryer provided. Strictly bed and bath, oh yes, and 2 TVs. I have only stayed in one other hotel in my travels where I cancelled the remainder of my stay. Now I will add this one to my list of NO RETURNS.
