  • Dont trust this location! I would recommend people taking their laundry anywhere else. I took a set of sheets and a new comforter in to be washed. I asked to have a hypoallergenic detergent used because I have severe allergies when it comes to detergents and fabric softeners. I was told that it would be no problem. To my surprise, when I took my laundry home, my sheets were not washed in a hypoallergenic detergent and I had an allergic reaction from opening the sheets. I opened my comforter to check and see how it was washed. It was dry cleaned so they did not use detergent but it was ruined. It looked as though bleach was thrown across it. My boyfriend took it all back to Tide because I was having an allergic reaction. He was promised that they would refund part of my bill and they would look into how much my comforter cost me and refund me 80%. The agreement was accepted. Now, no one knows the whole story and phone calls were being dodged. Finally, I was called and told I would receive $27 total. My bill was $57 and my comforter was $100. Totally disrespectful and dishonest. Don't waste your money or risk the damage.
