  • I have had occasion recently to get rather well acquainted with this Lowes store. I had a Pergo floor installed recently with Lowes taking charge of what was a big project for me. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Jared placed my order. Every step of the way, from delivering the materials to installation happened on time and as promised. Lowes subcontractor (Angel and crew) at Cesars' did an outstanding job preparing and laying the floor. I have tremendous appreciation for Sandy in the installation department at Lowes. She is amazing and was helpful from start to finish. My floor is absolutely beautiful. The following week after the floor project my washer decided to quit. I found one at this Lowes store and purchased it. I was really bummed with myself as I made a poor choice on the model I selected. After all was said and done I realized after using it for a couple of days it was not a good fit for me. I visited the store. They allowed me to select another model, and made the exchange. The delivery fellow, David ( along with his crew) was wonderful. " David" and Daniel were the ones who came with the first washer. Once again it was David (and a nice young fellow) who appeared to make the exchange on the second one. David was patient and most courteous and competent in installing my washer (both times)! I am appreciative beyond words. I love this Front Loader Maytag. It is a keeper. Lowes on Southern and Ellsworth is a good store. Give them a chance. I did and I have not been sorry. I am extremely well satisfied. Sara L.
