  • First time here and got the hand wash hand wax $50 special. They told me it was going to be an hour and they only have outside seating so of course we headed to the bar across the street to kill some time in comfort. When we came back in 1 hour my car was parked on the side and immediately my boyfriend noticed it did not look waxed, the back trunk area wasn't vacuumed and some wheels weren't treated. The manager guy was very apologetic and very nice and had them vacuum the car, touch up some parts, and wax it. The guys working on the car said it was an honest mistake and there was some miscommunication and they didn't know it was to be waxed. 100% definitely will be back here despite the slight confusion. It's actually the best detailing job I've EVER had on my car. I'm sure next time there won't be any confusion. Happy I found this place!!!
