August 4th, 1:30 a.m. pouring rain, waiting at the drive thru expecting to even hear a hello and couldn't even receive this. After repeatedly saying hello, she finally responded, and took or order half heatedly with no type of closure whatsoever. Once we finally pulled up waiting at her second window, she didn't even bother to say hello, or any other sort of greeting except for the total after almost five minutes of staring towards her. Afterwards, she handed our food without a word. I've never experienced such poor customer service from a McDonald's in my life, and having experienced once working for the company before, I felt quite insulted and disappointed at the training provided by the management at this location. For a staff member to represent McDonald's, I expect a whole lot better.
