  • I have to admit I was a bit nervous since this Apartment Community currently only has 2 stars on Yelp and my wife and I were moving to Charlotte from out of the area. Well Atkins is a great place that is really well run. Melissa was our leasing manager and everything went smoothly. Furthermore, she responds to e-mails very promptly. After we lived in the apartment for the first weekend we had a number of issues that needed to be fixed and the Atkins maintenance team repaired everything extremely quickly. Apartments are apartments and they will never be perfect, but to have a staff that communicates quickly and a maintenance crew that fixes problems promptly....can't get much better than that. Plus we have two dogs and the private access to the Greenway is pretty awesome.
