rev:text	I'm a huge Barnes & Noble fan but this one is terrible. Every time I come here I can never find anyone to help me. The customer service desk is never staffed. You're on your own and it's not a very accommodating store. Sept 29. 2016 was my latest Fiasco. I Stood at the customer service desk for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help. I even went to the registets looking for help. Cindi finally saunters over. I ask her for what I was looking for and she told me I have to wait till she was done replacing these three books. I've been waiting long enough I was not happy. She took care of 3 phone calls and a computer problem before helping me. I walked the store looking for help. I went to the register for help. I waited where i was told to wait, the Customer Service desk. It should not take me half an hour to find someone to help me spend my money. And they wonder why business is going to Amazon.
