  • The hotel was nice, clean, but management practices are a joke. My group arrived the day before an event, about 30 people. I tried to check in around 7:30 PM, and the front desk said my confirmation number belonged to a different guest; WHO WAS ALREADY CHECKED IN THE ROOM! They also said they were full and couldn't give me another room. I.e Tough sh**. I then showed them my confirmation email with MY name on the number. After 45 minutes, the only solution they came up with was one of my co-workers agreed to share their room with another. Really? For a supposedly high class hotel? Mistakes happen, but, THREE (3) of my co workers had to find another hotel when they tried to check in after me. I guess the word "CONFIRMATION" means nothing to this hotel. Next time, my company is staying somewhere else.
