  • I can't even believe the type of experience we have had with these guys, never again, ever. We leased a car from them in January. After about 3 weeks I didn't get anything in the mail so I called the finance dept to see what was going on. I called and left 6 different messages with finance and then got fed up and left a message with general manager. Another day goes by and nothing back from anybody (all I want to do is pay for the car!)... So I go down there in person to talk to someone and the general manager comes out and says "oh yes I got your message and sent it to the finance dept". I was shocked that after my very irritated voicemail about nobody getting back to me for days, he just listened to it and forwarded it to finance dept. AND then tells me that the finance director quit over the weekend so it makes chaos in the dept. So let me get this straight......you hear a disgruntled customers voicemail about nobody calling them back, and knowing full well the dept is in "chaos", you just send it along the way?!? Not even a one minute phone call to knowledge the message?! So after 15 minutes of waiting he comes out with a puzzled look that the finance company kicked the contract back because they did something wrong, and the dealer never "saw" it come back. So it was just in "limbo" as he put it. So I get a call back from the sales manager the next day that they need us to come back in to resign a new contract. So of course we have no choice to drive all the way down there and sign a new contract. He gives us the paperwork, and doesn't mention the payment amount changed, nothing...just glosses over it like we are idiots. It was nothing significant, but again, where is the professionalism? So we make the payment that was due for feb and then he said another payment would be due in 16 days, but we had 10 days grace period if we needed....no, we are good and don't need a grace period, but thanks again for the offense. So the bill finally comes in the mail 4 days before it's due and guess what?!? Yep, payment never posted to the account we made, AND there is a late charge..... Sorry for long post but people need to know how they take care of people buying luxury cars. We will drive to California to go look at the next Infiniti we plan on buying this year when it comes out! Great car, horrible representation of the brand.
