  • My experience with the customer service at this store has been amazing. I purchased an LV bag while traveling outside the country. Noticed that there was a defect. Brought the bag to the Scottsdale store. Team manager James helped me there. Although they did not have my bag in stock, he was able to order it from another store. As soon as the bag arrived he called me and I was able to exchange the bag. Throughout this whole experience James was extremely eager to help. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The other staff that greeted me and made sure I was OK while waiting in the store were also very courteous and pleasant. Thank you all very much!
