  • If at all possible sell as much of your stuff on your own. You will not make anywhere near the money you should going with any liquidator. I felt the pricing was wrong, there was so much, actually too much stuff left over which we ended up donating. I did not realize they would sell things bolted to the stucco outside the home; leaving holes which now have to be fixed and painted. There should also be some kind of no smoking rule because there were hundreds of cigarette butts in my driveway and in the stones of my desert landscaping. This was not a good experience and I felt taken advantage of . All I can say is the customer is at a disadvantage because they are overwhelmed with the task of getting rid of everything, and the liquidator is really in control because they have done it before and you basically have to take them at their word.Things were way under priced and way overpriced and I feel it was more a guessing game on the pricing then done with knowledge of items. Very unhappy with the results. If you're not in a hurry,do your homework. If you are in a hurry , you're at the mercy of the liquidator and who do you think is going to come out ahead in that deal.
