  • I had a 1st time doctor appointment at 2 pm & arrived at 1:43 pm. Time went by and it was now 3pm and still did not see the doctor. No one came in the room to apologize! I demanded my office visit to be credited, no problem, and left! Why do doctors think patients time isn't as important as theirs? They should not double book and think about the "buck"! Patient care should come first! This town has absolutely no professionalism or common courtesy. The office floors & furniture needs some cleaning and updating! I will say, as I was driving home, the doctor did call me and apologize for being so late. I guess I will fly into California to see a professional physician at UCLA or Cedars.
