  • I would not recommend this company to anyone, they came out to check our unit in June, it had been working fine all summer, couple days later the unit stopped working (surprise), I need a new unit, they would credit the prier work for the new job, we agreed to let them do the the job, we supposed to put half down, come to find out they charged us in full before they even started the job, first red flag, they came out late the day of install,(second red flag) the sales person suppose to come out with the installers, he showed up 2 hours late(third red flag), they started trying to put the unit on the wrong side of the house (4redflag), stomped all over our plants, we had to ask the inside installers to put something down to cover our carpet(5 red flag),,,,,,,,, should have asked them to leave,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but it was hot as hell in the house, they had to come out 5 more times to get the unit to work properly, finally got the unit working properly, it's September, tired of typing so much more to say,,,,,,So you have been warned,,,,,,
