  • I was less than satisfied with the customer service with this company for the first few weeks. Shawnte E. is the most unprofessional and juvenile person that I've ever come into contact with in real estate. Our rental was NOT move-in ready & wasn't up to code as per city regulations and when Shawnte was called or e-mailed she couldn't even get back to us within a 24 hour period, nor did she EVER contact us about our questions. THANKFULLY, Jake, the owner, got in touch with us and was able to smooth things over and fix everything that hadn't been ready previously. He really made it a priority to keep us as renters with more open communication and quick response when our air conditioning unit stopped working.
