  • I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They are upfront about costs, needs, and don't pressure the customer or oversell anything. Their scheduling and availability are flexible, and they have certainly made accommodations for my schedule. Best of all, when issues have arisen with the water softener I purchased from and had installed by them, they have been consistent in addressing the problem, explaining it to me, and giving me pointers on prevention and maintenance. From my other experiences with plumbers and charges, they are either on par with, or more than competitive with their competition. I discovered this company via other positive Yelp reviews a few years back, and would definitely recommend others to give them a try. I only hope others will have the same great experiences I have had with them should they require any plumbing/water-related needs.
