  • Not a great experience at this Starbucks! Con #1: When I first entered, I noticed that the place was very busy with lots of people. The empty tables were left uncleaned and the floor was dirty with napkins laying all over the place. Behind the counter, they had 5 or 6 people with several of them not doing anything. So, not sure why someone couldn't come around and make sure tables were clean for other customers. Con #2: When I got up to the register, the guy there seemed like he didn't even want to be there. He looked at me blankly and said in a monotone voice "What can I get you?". I ordered a Salted Caramel Frappe with no cream and an Iced coffee. He looked at me and asked if I wanted my coffee hot or cold. I was thinking to myself, isn't iced cold??? Anyways, after I paid for my order, I went to the pickup area and got my frappe right away..note, they still put the cream on my frappe even after I said no cream please. Already frustrated, I only became more frustrated as it took 10 minutes for them to get an Iced coffee out to me!! Seriously, how hard is it to get a scoop of ice and pour some coffee over it? Con #3: While waiting for my coffee, I asked one of the girls behind the counter if she could come and wipe down a table for me. She looked at me and I pointed to the table. She said she'd come out and wipe it down, but I guess she forgot or didn't want to do it as I waited around and she never came, so I just decided to leave. Not good customer service here, at least not the morning I came. Pro #1 and only: The only thing positive about my visit was my frappe. Even though they put the cream on it, it still tasted really good. At least the person that was making the frappes knew how to make them well. Probably won't come back to this location.
