  • Fairly new to the Birkdale Village shopping center is Chiptole. Beautiful inside, with ample seating. Parking will be an issue, since it's sharing the parking lot with many shopping & eatery tenants; however, they do have a few spots for "to go" orders. There are a lot of younger employees & because they are still fairly new, service was pretty slow. I had to repeat my simple order (steak burrito, chips & a side of guac) several times & when I got to the register to pay, the employee added on someone else's order to mine. The beverage area wasn't very clean & was cluttered. The tables were all cleaned off though. My burrito, chips & guac were good - consistent with other Chipotle locations. Once the kinks get worked out with the new staff, I'm sure Chiptole will be a smooth running operation.
