Where do I begin? I'll start by telling you that I'm writing my first review (a regular Yelp user) because I feel so strongly the need to protect anyone from having the horrible and extremely unprofessional experience that we did recently.
We were lied to about the manager's availability. We want to discuss options and she was never available after the first time we met (which was very accommodating at the time). So, the so-called manager was out sick, but posting all over Facebook about the casino and gambling she was participating in during business hours.
As I waited patiently for our requests to be reviewed (very simple questions), in response we received a short and vague email that they would no longer do business with us. Maybe she was still at the casino?
It was odd. When I followed up to ask where the harsh email came from, the owner then sent the same email. Why were we dropped? I even offered more money up front if we were able to get the flowers we asked for on our special day. This was wrong.
To make a long story, shorter. Do not waste your time. There are so many good local companies out there and I'm sure with all due respect, Mr. Lowe would turn over in his grave if he knew how we were treated.
"Death to 35 year-long customer in one email" should be the new mission statement.
Sad.
