  • It's been awhile since I've made a visit here. But in 2014 I was on a mission to lose weight for my brothers wedding. AZ MWC was my go to place for fat burning pills and bi-weekly B12 shots. I worked out everyday and in 4 months I dropped 32 lbs. I feel that the medication they provided was a jump start to my weight loss, but of course diet and exercise helped as well! Clean office, friendly staff and I've never had to wait in line. Their east valley office is always packed, I'm glad they opened a location in the west valley.
