God dam.. that was delicious.
So many great bites it's hard to pick favorites but the tempura shiso & ceviche was great, oysters with yuzu sorbet fantastic, veg courses of truffle spaghetti squash with beets wonderful and the ribeye cap seared with mirin, soy and uni butter really world class. cold brew coffee panna cotta was outstanding and warrants another trip in for sure. If your relaxing and enjoying the wine tower get the trip of savory cheesecakes and the chocolate torte (fu@king awesome)..
