  • If I can choose zero score, I will put zero. The staff who work there are so rude, and they don't care about old memberships. Now that they have new members joining their training course, they took most of the rooms to do training, even some rooms that are not for training. I was in one of the rooms that is not used for training to do my exercise. The guy who works there was talked to me very rudely and told me that I need to leave this room. He said this is a training room for a class. I told him that this is for all of the membership to use and there is no sign to show this is a training room only. So I asked why I need to leave, That is when he stopped that my exercise by putting his hands on the equipment that I was using! There are two rooms for training, and I never go those rooms, even when there is no class there because those rooms have a training sign in front of them. I will never go back to Planet Fitness or any of their locations. I already canceled my membership and will tell all my friends and family of my experience here. If you want rude customer service, then this is the perfect place.
