  • I hate to say it but worst massage ever. So weird. I've had my share of massages from hotel strip spas, other massage envys, foot spas etc...and this one was the worst. I know at massage envy it depends on who you get so I would go back just not to this location. The receptionist asked me and the therapist asked me areas of focus and I said my lower back and neck and overall sore all over. She barely touched my back not even the normal up and down rounds. Didn't massage my neck either, so why ask if your not going to focus there. They did tell me they assigned me a therapist that doesn't go deep, more medium but this wasn't even medium more a rub like how you put lotion on yourself. They told me I could just tell her I want more deep which before she started I told her I was sore and wanted focus on my neck and back. I found it really odd to assign me a therapist that was light when I asked for a Swedish massage and circled medium-deep. What made it worse is the therapist asked me on her checklist for fun I guess because she didn't focus on anything. So I recommend when you schedule make sure it's clear what kind of massage you want because even just normal Swedish massage have some pressure, this was a first for me to have a no pressure massage.
