| - Sorry to say, I had an unessesary Bad experience..I went to pick up just 1 med, right? Well it should have been as quick as 5 minutes. As I sat down there's was only 1 person at the counter finishing up their purchase I told the lady that came up and got in line, "I'm after her, I just have to sit down I have a bad knee! when the other clerk ( pharmacy tech) that handles the drive through called up quietly behind the wall the next person in line, at that time 2 people were waiting...so to me it looked like they were going up just to ask a quick quick question? So I stayed quiet to not be rude! Then I noticed they were picking up their order as I was...then quickly the other person was called up quietly again,(behind the wall)..the same thing to fill their order???? Hell no, I thought...so I went up to the counter and said I've been waiting here for a while, I was just sitting because of my bad knee...and I told the people in line specifically I was after the lady that was at the counter! Well, sufficed to say, they never apologized..........I told them, "Like no one ever has to sit down cuz that can't wait in line?" You're supposed to say kindly, "Next please!" This Rude little pharmacy team spirit is totally unnecessary, and has to Stop!!! How about someone just coming out of the hospital and maybe is still weak, sick and unable to stand in line for long periods of time??? Come on now, CVS. You better start getting some good courteous attitudes...or I'm going to talk to the Manager....Neither this Jocelyn or Ali person know what the meaning of common courtesy is??? Don't work with the public then....go work in the prison system, you'll be very appreciated there for sure! The pharmacist is a dear, though. Very, very nice person. He should show them a thing or 2...After all that was done, they only made me feel bad that I have a knee problem.....Not Good
