  • I was excited to try out the famous Grimaldi's and I was a bit disappointed. The pizza was ok, but not as good as I was expecting. The crust was good but the pizza was nearly missing an important ingredient.....tomato sauce. I loved the thin crust, but it's a lot easier to make the crust thin and crispy when there is practically no sauce.
