  • Second time at the location and it will be the last. Both times I had a inquiry and it was very hard to get the person's ,who apparently works there, attention because he is eather busy on the phone or busy talking to his friends that come visit. Both times when I did get an answer it was very short and cold of an answer, and worst of all-not informative. Horrible customer service . Not helpful at all . If you are looking to get some info regarding products b fore you buy them then this is NOT the place for you. These people don't seem to appreciate any business they get and seem to be content with selling their cheapest $3 cigars to the port credit locals because they keep the person who works there entertained(just my opinion). This establishment will never get my business again.
