  • Extremely disappointed. They're budget, but does that matter if you still don't get what you paid for? Needed two white shirts laundered, starched and pressed for a dance competition for my kids, it said "cowboy starch" clearly on the ticket, yet when I went to pick them up, they were not starched. I showed them the ticket and said I needed them starched. They said, "If you leave them w/us you can have them back in two days". No, that doesn't help. Would not give a refund either. I can't give 0 stars, but I would like to.
