  • Staff was really sweet but getting my card here was for some reason very difficult despite the fact that i qualified for it and had medical records. I paid around $300 only to be told that I need to go get an evaluation from another doctor down the road. He gave me the evaluation needed. A few days later I get a call from them explaining they made a mistake and that i cant get my card unless im seeing a psychologist and can only keep my card if im current in seeing therapist. It was just a huge waste of time. They had to refund my money. Was recommended by multiple people to go to Dr. Reeferalz instead.
