  • I went here on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment to see if I could get a set of biogel extensions. Someone began working on my nails pretty much immediately (trimming them/adding the nail forms), and Jenn showed up soon after. She was amazingly friendly and nice, and she checked in with me throughout the process to make sure that I liked how they looked and that she wasn't hurting me/causing any discomfort. I felt at ease asking her questions and expressing my nail desires, which is cool because I've been to many places that just throw down on your hands. It's obvious that Jenn is amazing at what she does and she clearly takes pride in doing it well. I'm very happy with how my nails look! Their colour selection is pretty good too, and from what I observed, the tools and work area were clean. My only gripe is that my thumb nail is a bit longer in proportion to my other nails than I normally would have it, but I didn't notice this until I left and tried to use my phone. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to make this "my spot" if I lived in Toronto, and I'll definitely come back when I'm in town. Thank you guys!
