  • Such a great cocktail bar! We showed up around 8:30pm on a Saturday evening and we had no idea that the place would be speakeasy style with an unmarked door. Tip for the uninitiated- ring the doorbell near the plain black door. I'll admit- at first when I saw that it was a speakeasy I anticipated it would be the type of place with overpriced cocktails and pretentious service but I was completely proven wrong very quickly. Cocktails were very reasonably priced and the service was amazing. We tried a few drinks off their spring drink menu and a few more of the bartenders own creations. All of them were delicious. At no point during our stay there (8:00-10:00pm on a Saturday) was it ever completely at capacity or had people waiting to get in. Bonus- they have delicious bar snacks like nuts and gummies. You just have to ask! We hadn't had dinner yet, so we devoured these. All in all, coldroom is One of the best cocktail bars I've ever been to... I wish it was closer to me :-(
