  • I usually love Second Cup. I love supporting Cdn companies and I admire the rags to riches story of Frank O'Dea. BUT the location at ScotiaPlaza has the worst customer service. The servers are not friendly or efficient. They constantly skip customers waiting in line and have mixed up my drinks on a number of occasions. Today I stopped by for a honey vanilla tea latter before work and they were "sold out". This is the second time they've been sold out of that drink at 8:30am in the past two weeks. I'm starting to think they don't even offer it but they should just say so. They didn't seem apologetic or even offer me an alternative so I'm not wasting my time going back to this one ever again.
