  • My battery died while I was traveling. I purchased a new one next door at the auto parts store. They felt it was too complicated to replace for me, but I did not have any tools to do it myself. I walked over to Express and they followed me to my car at the auto parts shop. They proceeded to jump my car off, take it directly into one of their bays, replace the battery, and then did not charge me. They treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy as if I was a high paying customer. I will absolutely be back.
