  • My friends and I were very excited to see this show after watching Criss Angel's TV show multiple times. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Criss seems to have lost his edge or perhaps he can't perform the same tricks he did on TV live. All of the tricks were the same tricks you could see any magician do, nothing unique. The best part he did was with the disapearing and reappearing of the doves. He used suspension strings quite a bit and you could see them (and obviously tell when his supporting characters would go behind him to detach them). His self proclaimed climatic act was sawing a woman in half. Sadly this was the worst part, the blade looked cardboard (which it probably was) and then after all that he used an animatronic woman to complete the act. That was horrible and very easily recognizable. When you left the show you came out feeling "eh".
