  • I had a horrible experience attempting to return an item at this store. To make a long story short, this store would not accept my return, despite being a loyal customer for years. Product was never used, and was returned in a timely manner (although not within their very unclear return policy time frame). The manager would not even speak to me personally. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and they wouldn't even offer me store credit. Upon calling the Customer Service number, I was told they could not reverse a store decision. So, then, what's the point of a corporate customer service line? I'm so disappointed in this company. If you buy anything here, be sure to read the fine print (if your receipt is legible). Better yet, do not buy anything here.
