  • I paid a lot of money for their services and I am not happy. Their pedicure stations were not working properly and I was moved 3 times. I wanted a design on my toe, and the lady did one without asking me what I wanted or what colors I liked. I told her I didn't like the way it looked, but it was too late. I was trying to show my friend what it looked like and the lady grabbed my leg to help me hold it higher. I did not ask her to do this, and it caused me to fall. I then went to get my manicure. The man didn't cover enough of my nails and it looks like it has already grown out. I also came with a group and trying to pay was unorganized and chaotic. Everything was so frustrating and I am very disappointed. I do not treat myself to experiences like this often and I am so bummed.
