  • BEYOND DISAPPOINTING!!! Paid $220 for me, my daughter and her friend to all get pedis and no-chip manis (theirs with acrylics). My daughter and I get mani-pedis regularly in cities throughout the US where we've lived and traveled. This is by far our worst experience. We came here on a recommendation of an acquaintance. We made an appointment and had to wait for service. The place was worn-down and they had some guy repairing a sink and using construction equipment the whole time (not very relaxing!) They couldn't get the water in my pedi tub warm, and they didn't offer to move me despite having open chairs. Overall the pedicures felt so rushed and unprofessional--minimal filing, cuticle and pumice work. On our manis there was no cuticle work done-no soak, no cuticle remover, no orange stick--just minimal filing and nail polish application. The "relaxing hand massage" to be included in the price consisted of them dumping oil across our nails at the end--to be rubbed-in ourselves lol. Oh and the grand prize --I realized after I paid, that it included the up-charge for the no-chip on my daughter's friend and they put on regular polish because they ran out of the gel color she wanted--they didn't offer her the choice of a similar color in gel. I wish there were negative stars!
