I have to make a modification to my review. While Felisha was my tech, I've since stopped going to her. She does a fantastic job. As a customer, who was willing to drive an hour each was for nails, I decided to stop making the drive and try to find someone else. When I've tried to come back, between really crappy nail jobs, I get ignored or my calls are not returned. Never has it been personal, but it's been taken as such. 2 hours driving is a lot! It's a shame the customer, who keeps the business alive, means so little. Customer service is paramount. I went to her for about 18 months and followed her from another salon to L'posh. She's incredibly talented and meticulous but needs to realize customers talk and negative customers can have quite an impact on a business. I won't refer her to anyone because of her elitist attitude. Just because you're good at something doesn't mean you can ignore people.
