  • This was my first time at this location.. I live in Summerlin so obviously go to the location near my house. Because I was in the area and had some time to kill I figured why not? I've been a member for quite some time and love pretty much all of the girls, they're always super nice, bubbly and helpful. The tall brunette with lots of make up on greeted me shortly after I came in "hi, what's your last name" then asked for my first name and what I wanted to do. Absolutely no personality and borderline monotone. As soon as I closed the door to my room she picked up the phone and continued a conversation with someone she had on hold. It was clearly a personal call. It's just really hard for me to understand why someone would work there who is clearly not a people person. I'm not looking to have a 20 minute conversation but it sure would be nice to get a smile and a "how are you?" after a long day. I also wouldn't want someone like this representing my company or brand
